Havana, May 8 (ACN) Miguel Díaz-Canel, first secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and president of the Republic, thanked those who, from different latitudes, expressed their support and solidarity after the accident that took place this Friday, May 6, at the Saratoga Hotel in Havana.
Countries and personalities who are friends of Cuba continue to express their condolences and support to the Cuban government and the families of the victims of the accident that resulted in more than thirty deaths and dozens of injured.
In the midst of pain, solidarity relieves, said the president through the social network Twitter, and accompanied his message with the hashtag #FuerzaCuba.
"Our deepest gratitude to all the people from many parts of the world who have sent us their condolences, support and accompaniment in these hard moments for #Cuba. In the midst of pain, solidarity soothes."
