Director General of Consular Affairs and Attention to Cuban Residents of the Cuban Foreign Ministry exchanges with health collaborators in Belize.

Belmopan, August 27, 2024.- Ambassador Ana Teresita Fraga González, Director General of Consular Affairs and Attention to Cubans Residing Abroad, met at the headquarters of the Cuban embassy in this capital with a representation of Cuban health collaborators who provide their services in this sister Central American nation.

In a pleasant, frank and enlightening exchange, he updated those present on issues of interest in the economic and social sphere of our country and the effects of the intensified economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed by the United States government, together with the damage caused by the inclusion of Cuba in the spurious and unilateral list of countries sponsoring terrorism.  which has a negative impact on the daily life of the Cuban population.

Health collaborators for their part, they expressed their opinions on the issues addressed and presented their experiences of work in the health institutions where they work, while reaffirming their commitment to provide services with a high quality and professional level, validating the humanist and solidarity principle of our Revolution, as faithful representatives of the army of white coats formed by Fidel.

They also reaffirmed the commitment to disseminate the reality of our country by giving ample use to social networks.

Also participating were Ambassador María Caridad Balaguer Labrada, Consul Gustavo Aguinaga Linares, Dr. María del Carmen Lozada Concepción, head of the BMC and members of the Cuban delegation participating in the IV Round of Belize-Cuba Migration Talks. (EmbacubaBelize).
