Embassy of Cuba in South Africa commemorates the 170th anniversary of the birth of José Martí

Pretoria, January 27, 2023.- The Embassy of Cuba in South Africa paid tribute to the National Hero of Cuba, José Martí, on the 170th anniversary of his birth. The series of activities dedicated to honoring the figure of the Apostle closed with an emotional political-cultural act.

All the officials and workers of the diplomatic mission participated, as well as members of the collaboration brigades that operate in the country.

The central words were given by the Third Secretary, José Rivero, who highlighted the importance of always honoring the Master, defending the principles of patriotism, anti-imperialism, internationalism and social justice that he bequeathed to us.
