Embassy of Cuba in South Africa meets with Department of Public Works

Pretoria, April 13, 2023. - The third secretary of the Cuban Embassy in South Africa, Bryan Betancourt Brito, held a meeting with officials from the Department of Public Works and Infrastructure. Pedro Silvino Pérez Leyva, coordinator of the UNECA brigade that works in the country, and other members of the State Mission also attended the meeting.

Both parties, by highlighting the long and close mutually beneficial relationship between the two countries in the field of public works, also advocated for diversifying and strengthening cooperation in this sector.

The South African officials highlighted the preparation of the Cuban engineers and their extensive contribution to the development of the country.
