Pretoria, November 28, 2024 - The Chargé d'Affaires a.i. of the Cuban Embassy in South Africa, Bryan Betancourt Brito, held a productive meeting with officials from the South African Department of Public Works and Infrastructure. Rolando Macías Alonso, coordinator of the UNECA brigade based in the country, and other members of the State Mission also participated in the meeting.
The meeting highlighted the long and close relationship of mutual benefit between both countries in the field of public works. In addition, the strengthening of cooperation ties in this sector was advocated.
The South African officials highlighted the preparation of Cuban engineers and their wide contribution to the development of the country.
