Embassy of Cuba in South Africa receives representatives from the National Union of Mine Workers

April 28, 2023.- The Embassy of Cuba in South Africa received today several representatives of the leadership from the National Union of Mine Workers, who will travel to Cuba with the aim of participating in the International Solidarity Meeting with the island, which will take place in early May.

The meeting was attended by the Cuban Ambassador to South Africa, Enrique Orta González, and the Third Secretary of the Embassy, Bryan Betancourt Brito, who spoke with the South African trade unionists about the current situation in Cuba and the need to further strengthen solidarity ties between unions from both countries.
