The Cuban Embassy in Canberra organized with the professional team of the Hyatt Hotel, the night of Cuba that had typical dishes: ropa vieja, congrí rice, cassava with mojo, roasted pork, corn fritters, and rice with milk . All this, accompanied by mojitos, advertisements and decorations that made the public perceive the Cuban culture and gastronomy.
