Last Wednesday Rodriguez reaffirmed to Venezuelan Vice President of Communication, Culture and Tourism, Freddy Ñañez, the ties of brotherhood, solidarity and bilateral cooperation.
On October 30, 2000, revolutionary leaders Fidel Castro (1926-2016) and Hugo Chavez (1954-2013) signed the Venezuela-Cuba Integral Cooperation Agreement, an expression of the will of both nations to develop ties in favor of the welfare of their peoples.
By virtue of these agreements, the governments of Havana and Caracas complement their capacities in the areas of food, education, health, science and technology, in the face of the impact of the United States’ aggressions and unilateral coercive measures.
