Friends of solidarity with Cuba held a demonstration against the blockade in front of the U.S. Embassy in Cyprus.

On the afternoon of July 26, friends of solidarity with Cyprus held a demonstration against the blockade in front of the U.S. Embassy calling for the denunciation of this unjust, inhuman and genocidal policy of the U.S. government against the Caribbean island.
Several dozens of solidarity members of the Psnchypriot federation of construction and material workers, as well as parliamentarians led by Sotiouroula Charalamboud, Secretary General of PEO, demonstrated in front of the US diplomatic headquarters in Nicosia to demand once again the end of the genocidal policy of the blockade against the Cuban people. Once again the international solidarity in favor of the Cuban people is present, this time it comes from Nicosia.
