Considering the situation of the world economy in the last two years, the infamous situation of the Corona Virus and various economic and psychological pressures on the international community, especially on Cuba, which for more than six decades has been fighting against inhuman and exhaustive sanctions from States United, whose sanctions have embittered the life of the Cuban people and government and have created shortages; deliberately endangering the physical and mental health of the people, leading society to a very delicate situation.
