Dedicated to the Cuban capital as Creative City of Music, the International Festival A Bridge to Havana will be held from April 26 to 28, according to the official note of the event released today.
In this new edition, Havana's Club 500 José Antonio Echeverría will host on its stage outstanding Cuban artists such as Los Van Van, Waldo Mendoza, Karamba, Buena Fe and Havana D'Primera, who will merge talent with musicians from Holland, Spain and Colombia.
This space will open its doors on Friday and Saturday with the participation of notable groups every night, while the closing concert will take place at the Monaco Cultural Center, in the municipality of Diez de Octubre.
The event is sponsored, among others, by Empresa de Grabaciones y Ediciones Musicales (Egrem), with the collaboration of Agencia Musicuba, 360 Producciones and Dirección Municipal Plaza de la Revolución, entities closely linked to the production of the Festival.
Founded in 2008 in the Spanish city of Zaragoza, Un Puente hacia La Habana stands as a musical platform that promotes cultural exchange between Cuba and other nations of the world.
