“Hermanos Amejeiras” Hospital receives important donation of medical supplies from Ireland

Dublin, September 20.  Staff from the “Hermanos Amejeiras” Hospital in Havana unloaded the first container with medical supplies donated this year by Irish solidarity workers. The organization “Forum of Solidarity with Cuba” has been developing an entire national campaign in Ireland for months that allowed this important contribution to the aforementioned hospital.

The donation materializes the solidarity of Irish with Cuba, which faces the cruel North American blockade, which has intensified in recent years.

Representatives of the “Hermanos Amejeiras” Hospital thanked the Irish brothers for the gesture, which highlights the close ties between the Irish and Cuban people.
