A working visit to St. Vincent and the Grenadines allowed the meet of Antonio Guerrero, one of five Cuban heroes who suffered unjust imprisonment in U.S. prisons, with the prominent lawyer, former Minister and former Attorney General, Parnell Campbell, who chaired the Committee for the Liberation of the Five in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
The renowned Vincentian Lawyer expressed his joy at having seen one of his dreams come true and expressed his confidence that life will allow him to meet the rest of his companions.
Campbell warmly greeted Antonio Guerrero on behalf of all the Vincentians who, during the long years of illegal confinement of the five young Cubans, contributed with their voices and actions to denounce injustice and demand the unconditional release of the five heroes.
Today, in his capacity as Vice President of the Superior Organization of Business Management GEDIC, engineer Antonio Guerrero continues to defend peace, friendship and the right to development of peoples, through his efforts to strengthen cooperation and economic-commercial relations between Cuba and the nations of the South.
