In view of the epidemiological situation caused by the novel coronavirus (SARS CoV 2/Covid-19), the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Cuba in Helsinki, from Monday, 23 March 2020 until further notice, has established that all consular and migratory services must be requested and processed by post. On 20 March 2020 the Government of the Republic of Cuba has announced a set of measures aimed at controlling the spread of COVID-19 in the national territory, which includes border restrictions, and stopping the entry of tourists.
