Informative note
As part of the measures announced by the Cuban authorities, Cuban citizens and foreigners residing in Cuba who have exceeded their time abroad of 24 and 12 months respectively since March 19, must request an extension of stay in our office. For the period between March 19, 2020 and October 12, 2020, no charge will be made. After October 12, 2020, the rate established for this service will be charged. This measure is valid until October 12, 2021.
Documents to present:
1.- Passport (if it is new, the passport with which you traveled abroad is necessary)
2.- Photocopy of passport
3.- 25 euros for the request
4.- 40 euros for each month after October 12, 2020 and until October 12, 2021.
Important: we suggest that users perform this service when they are certain of when they will travel to Cuba.
This procedure is done at the moment.
If the procedure is carried out by a third person, an additional 25 euros will be charged.
