Adelaide, March 29, 2025. The Third Secretary in charge of consular affairs in Australia, Ivianes Gonzalez, moved to the city of Adelaide on March 29 to provide consular management closer to the resident community in the state of South Australia and offerconsular services to nationals from various nearby territories.
The work session was organized jointly with the Association of Solidarity with Cuba in South Australia, which provided the facilities for the consular services.
During the sessions, consular orientation activities were carried out and legal information was provided to members of the Cuban community in Adelaide, as well as advice and answers to various questions.
The Cuban citizens expressed their gratitude for the consular procedures being carried out in the territory, which allows them to save time and resources by not having to travel to the Consular Section in Canberra.
During the exchange with the consular staff, the participants also received information on the different events that are organized for Cubans living abroad, in different areas of the development of the national economy, and shared the Cuban traditions that they maintain among their relatives and friends.
