Meeting of the Cuban Ambassador with the Dean of GRULAC

Alain Pérez Torres, Ambassador of Cuba in the State of Qatar, held a courtesy meeting with Jorge Antonio Seré Sturzenegge, Ambassador of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay in the State of Qatar and Dean of GRULAC. At the meeting, were discussed topics of common interest.
