The Minister of Higher Education José Ramón Saborido participates in the World Education Forum in London, United Kingdom, where 110 Ministers take part. The presentations reflect the great asymmetries in Higher Education worldwide and, therefore, the great challenge that our country is facing towards the 2030 Agenda.
