Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. January 11, 2018. The Minister of Justice and Internal Affairs of Mongolia, Mr. Ts. Nyamdorj, held today a meeting with the Ambassador of Cuba Raul Delgado Concepcion at the headquarters of the Government Palace of Mongolia. At the meeting, the Cuban Ambassador, on behalf of his Cuban counterpart the Minister of Justice María Esther Reus, conveyed the greeting and congratulations for the arrival of the New Year 2018 as well as for his appointment as Minister. Minister Ts. Nyamdorj who is also a member of the Great State Hural of Mongolia (Parliament), thanked the congratulations and expressed his wish that Cuba continue with great success the way outlined in the new economic reforms undertaken by the Cuban government.
At the meeting, among other aspects, the good state of the historical political relations between the two nations and the work to be developed to increase them in the economic and commercial areas were addressed. The Minister, on his side, ratified the affection and knowledge of the Mongolian people for the Cuban Revolution and its leaders, also remembering the prestige of the Cuban boxers among the Mongolian fans of the sport.
The Ambassador invited Minister Ts. Nyamdorj to participate in the XIV International Meeting of Criminal Sciences, which will take place in Havana, from March 14 to 16, 2018. The meeting took place in an environment of cordiality where prevail the interest of both parties to continue improving the solid ties between both nations. (EmbaCuba Mongolia)
