The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Cuba (MINREX) celebrates today the 65th anniversary of its creation, an event that marked the beginning of revolutionary diplomacy.
Today we celebrate 65 years of consecration, of permanent combat against injustice, inequality, discrimination and media manipulation.
We celebrate 65 years of dignity, loyalty and commitment to the Revolution, with pride and determination to continue defending our beloved Cuba.
Following the legacy of Raul Roa and Fidel Castro, on this new anniversary we reaffirm that we will continue to struggle against the unjust blockade of the United States, the inclusion of our country in the list of states that allegedly sponsor terrorism and to work tirelessly in reinforcing the ties of solidarity and cooperation throughout the world.
From the Cuban Embassy in Seychelles on this occasion, we extend our most sincere and deepest recognition to all the workers and officials of MINREX, to those who are no longer here but who left their example and mark in defense of the Cuban revolutionary diplomacy and to those who remain today in this important trench for the defense of the Revolution.
