On the morning of 27 March, the Cuban Ambassador to Cyprus signed the book of condolences at the Russian Embassy for the recent heinous terrorist act in the Moscow region.

The Cuban diplomat condemned this vile act and expressed sincere condolences to the government and people of the #Russian Federation for the loss of human lives and the numerous wounded. He extended his condolences to the families and relatives of the victims.
