A new Doctor of Sciences is the pride of the Cuban community in Finland

Helsinki, May 6, 2024.- It was a pleasure to welcome our compatriot Juan Carlos Guzmán, who has lived in Finland for more than 20 years, at our Embassy this Monday.

This opportunity, the meeting with greater joy and happiness after his recent graduation as a Doctor of Sciences, a dream to which he dedicated the last decade of his life, which he narrates includes relevant moments such as the birth of his little son Sami.

Engineer Juan Carlos, as his friends call him, is a Cuban who enhances the prestige, academic preparation and pride of the Cuban Community residing in Finland.
