The document request service has resumed, with the new feature of online requests and printing at our Consular Section.
Initially, registry documents such as birth, single status, marriage, divorce, and death certificates can be requested through this channel. However, work is underway to incorporate criminal record checks into this service.
With the implementation of this new service, document requests can be responded to more quickly and efficiently, in line with the country's efforts toward digital transformation.
