Pretoria, 1st October.- The president of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel, received the king of Eswatini, Mswati III, in the Palace of the Revolution, with whom he held official conversations. At the meeting, both parties ratified the good state of bilateral relations, based on ties of friendship and collaboration, and expressed the will to strengthen cooperation for mutual benefit. They also exchanged on topics of interest of international events.
Thulisile Dladla, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation; Moises Vilakati, Minister of Tourism and Environment; Lizzie Nkosi, Minister of Health; Melusi Masaku, Ambassador appointed in Cuba accompanied Mswati III. On the Cuban side, Salvador Valdés, first vice president of the Councils of State and Ministers, Rodrigo Malmierca and José Ángel Portal, ministers of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment and Public Health, respectively, participated in the meeting.
