President Díaz-Canel in Cuba after participating in the Celac-EU Summit.

Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel returned today after completing a work program in Portugal and Belgium, which began on July 13.

According to the Presidency, he was received at José Martí International Airport by Vice President Salvador Valdés and Roberto Morales, Secretary of Organization of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba.

The Cuban head of state paid a state visit to Portugal, at the invitation of the President of that country, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, and participated on July 17 and 18 in the III European Union-Community of Latin American and Caribbean States Summit.
