GUYANA, June 15, 2019.- Within the framework of his official visit to this country, the Cuban Minister of Foreign Affairs Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, was welcomed this Saturday by the president of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana, H.E. Mr. David Granger.
During the cordial meeting, both parties confirmed the positive status of bilateral relations and ratified their mutual will to continue strengthening the longstanding political, diplomatic, of cooperation, economic and commercial relations between Guyana and Cuba.
The Cuban delegation also included director general for Latin America and the Caribbean, Eugenio Martínez Enríquez, and the Cuban ambassador to Guyana, Narciso Reinaldo Amador Socorro.
During his visit to this country, the Head of the Cuban diplomacy will also hold meetings with Prime Minister, Moses Nagamootoo; his counterpart, Karen Cummings, and other Guyanese authorities.
