The president of Ireland receives Diaz-Canel

October 21, 2019.- In the morning of today, the Official Welcome Ceremony to the President of the Republic of Cuba Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez takes place at the official Residence of the President of Ireland Michael Higgins. The visit of the cuban president is carried out in the context of the 20th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations.

ÁrasanUacharáin is the official residence of the president (in Irish, UachtaránnahÉireann), which is located in the Phoenix Park north of Dublin, capital of this country. After hearing the National Anthem of Cuba, the cuban president shared with a group of children.
