Your Excellency, Mr. President,
I am pleased to extend my sincere congratulations, on behalf of the People of Mongolia and me to you and the People of Cuba, on the occasion of the National Day of the Republic of Cuba - Historic 60th Anniversary of the Triumph of the Cuban Revolution.
I am very pleased to note that our friendly and traditional relationships are strengthening every year and the collaborations are expanding. I am confident that this close relationship of our two countries will develop, in all sectors and will lead to a new advanced level of relations between our two countries.
I wish your Excellency very good health, well-being and prosperity to the friendly Cuban people.
