Victoria, January 1st, 2024._ The President of the Republic of Seychelles, Wavel Ramkalawan, sent congratulations to his Cuban counterpart Miguel Díaz-Canel and the people of Cuba, on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the triumph of the Revolution.
In his message, the Head of State highlighted the unwavering spirit of dignity and resilience of the Cuban people in the face of adversities and expressed his sincere appreciation for the strong and historic bonds of friendship that link the two nations.
He also highlighted Cuba's invaluable contribution to the socio-economic development of Seychelles, particularly through cooperation in strategic areas such as health and education. He also expressed his willingness to continue working to consolidate relations of friendship and cooperation.
