Roseau December 9, 2019. Roseau, December 9, 2019. The Prime Minister of the Commonwealth of Dominica, Honorable Roosevelt Skerrit, recently re-elected at the polls, received today, December 9, 2019, the Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba in Dominica, Ulises Arranz Fernández.
During the meeting, the Ambassador of Cuba recalled the tweets published in the personal accounts of the President of Cuba, Miguel Díaz Canel Bermudez and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla, in which they expressed their congratulations for the victory achieved in the urns and they ratified the desire to continue increasing bilateral relations between both countries.The Ambassador, in addition to expressing his personal congratulations to the Prime Minister, addressed a group of issues on which progress can be made on the bilateral agenda once the Cabinet is appointed.
