Second Secretary of the Cuban Embassy Participates in the Second Forum of Qatari Students of Social Sciences and Humanities

(Doha, December 17, 2025) – Giselle Rubio Carballo, Second Secretary of the Cuban Embassy in the State of Qatar, participated in the Second Forum of Qatari Students of Social Sciences and Humanities, organized by Qatar University.

The Cuban diplomat presented a paper on the role of the Qatar Foundation for Education, Culture and Community Development as a driving force for economic and technological diversification within the country's society and economy.

The event brought together professors and students from various Qatari universities to address topics related to the societies of the Gulf Cooperation Council member countries and the impact of these countries on the international stage.
