Sinn Féin National Conference approves a motion of solidarity with Cuba.

Dublin, June 17, 2018. The Sinn Féin National Conference held on June 15 and 16 in Belfast approved a motion recognizing the successful work carried out as President by Raul Castro Ruz and his eternal commitment to the Cuban Revolution, the Party also congratulates comrade Miguel Diaz-Canel for his election as President and wishes him success in his leadership. 

Sinn Féin also, in the aforementioned motion, renewed its solidarity with Cuba and its people and reiterated the call to the United States to unconditionally and fully lift the illegal blockade and normalize relations with Cuba.
