St. Vincent and the Grenadines receive Tourism Awards, 2019.

Kingstown, December 2019. The "Sunset Shores" hotel was the venue for the "Annual Tourism Award" in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. The event was recognized in more than a dozen categories, including: Best Hotel, Best Tour Operator, Excellence in Service and Sustainable Tourism Award, among other awards.

The Caribbean island has an important influx of tourists and this sector is strategic in its economic growth. The activity was attended by the Minister of Tourism, Sports and Culture of San Vicente, Hon. Cecil Mc Kie, the Director General of the Glen Beache Tourism Authority, the Cuban Ambassador José M. Leyva Ventura, among other directors, businessmen and officials of the tourism sector.
