Statement to the press by Josefina Vidal, general director for the United States at Cuba's Ministry of Foreign Affairs

The State Department reports in a statement, the decision of the US Government to reduce the staff of its Embassy in Havana. Cuba considers that this is a hasty decision that will affect bilateral relations.
