They remember Fidel's legacy in Belize.

Belmopan, November 24, 2024.- The collectives of the Cuban state mission in Belize, which provide their health services in the different districts of the country, paid tribute to the Historical Leader of the Cuban Revolution Fidel Castro Ruz on the eighth anniversary of his physical disappearance.

Relevant aspects of his life and work, poems, songs and audiovisuals, served to remember his Martí lineage, love of country and dedication to the revolutionary cause, as well as his staunch anti-imperialism, which made him a statesman of universal stature, who made Cuba an example to the world of a supportive, independent and sovereign country.

The tribute also served for the signing of a declaration and solidarity contribution in support of our people, in the face of the material damage caused by hurricanes Oscar and Rafael and the earthquakes of great intensity that affected eastern Cuba.

They demanded an end to the unjust U.S. blockade against Cuba and its inclusion in the spurious and unilateral list of countries sponsoring terrorism, which cause so much hardship to our people.
Fidel's example of dedication and dedication to the Homeland validates Martí's postulate that expresses: "Death is not true, when the work of life has been well accomplished. (EmbacubaBelize).
