Tsunami of Irish solidarity against the blockade of Cuba.

Tsunami of Irish solidarity against the blockade of Cuba.

Dublin March 27, 2021. Who said that Cuba was alone? Those who persist in attacking Cuba and falsifying its reality fail miserably.

Only fools can ignore the magnitude of the spontaneous international solidarity movement against the blockade that takes place on all continents, reproducing caravans and solidarity demonstrations.

The last 72 hours in Ireland we have experienced a singular and uninterrupted wave of solidarity. Irish friends from the most diverse sectors, voices from many cities have taken to the streets to reconfirm their firm condemnation of the blockade that the Yankee government has imposed on the Cuban people for more than 60 years to suffocate their Socialist Revolution.

The creativity prevailed and hand in hand with the prudence requested by the severe restrictions derived from the Covi-19 pandemic, the demand to put an end to this crime took to the streets and raised its voice, multiplied by thousands of messages on social networks.

It is in circumstances like these that as Cuban diplomatic representatives we feel enormous pride and we consider ourselves privileged to carry out our work in this fraternal country.

We wanted to individually thank each expression of solidarity and we have endeavored to review them so that the Cuban people know them.

With pleasure we can assure you that the press in Cuba have disseminated them.

We know that many messages may have escaped our scrutiny on the networks and for this reason we want to place on record once again our deep gratitude and appreciation for so many expressions of solidarity and strong messages that condemn the crime of the blockade and demand that the United States government put an end to it.

We share new photos and link of caravan made.
