Maseru, November 16, 2023 - The Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba appointed to the kingdom of Lesotho, Enrique Orta González, was received this morning by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Relations of this country, honourable Mpotjoane Lejone, to whom he delivered his Copies of the Letters of Credence.
Maseru, November 16, 2023.- The Cuban Ambassador appointed to Lesotho, Enrique Orta González, held a meeting with the Principal Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the kingdom, Thabo Motoko. The meeting was also attended by Tebza Rakoloi, acting director for the Americas in that Ministry.
Johannesburg, 11 November 2023 - The documentary "Cuba's Life Task" was presented at the Jozzi Book Fair, a cultural project located in Johannesburg's Newtown Park. The event was organised by the Gauteng branch of the Friendship Association with Cuba, FOCUS.
Pretoria, November 8, 2023.- The Third Secretary of the Embassy of Cuba in South Africa, Bryan Betancourt Brito, and the Diplomatic Attaché, Lauren Luis Acosta, offered a lecture about Cuba at the University of Pretoria. It was organized by the university Spanish Chair for the promotion of characteristic elements of Cuban culture and identity.
Durban, 07 November 2023 - The Third Secretary in charge of political affairs of the Cuban Embassy in South Africa, Bryan Betancourt Brito, participated in the 10th National Congress of the Police and Prison Civil Rights Union (POPCRU), held in the city of Durban, province of Kwazulu Natal.
