Voters exercise their right to vote in Malaysia

Islamabad, February 16, 2019. Early this morning, the members of the Embassy of Cuba in Pakistan, as part of the Special Electoral Commission of Circumscription (CEEC in Spanish)) exercised their right to vote in the Constitutional Referendum process. After having taken possession of their positions, the members of the Electoral Board sang the notes of the National Anthem and proceeded to read the Oath and the Code of Ethics. The first elector to exercise his right to vote was the son of the ambassador, Gabriel Tiel Casas.
