Belfast, January 2019. As part of the program of activities developed in Belfast by the Cuban ambassadors to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Teresita Vicente Sotolongo, and before Ireland, Hugo René Ramos Milanes, they had a fraternal and emotional meeting with trade unionists and activists of the solidarity movement.
Belfast, January 2019. The ambassadors of Cuba to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Teresita Vicente Sotolongo, and to Ireland, Hugo René Ramos Milanes, made a working visit to the city of Belfast, on the occasion of the commemoration of the 60th Anniversary of the Triumph of the Cuban Revolution, which among other activities was celebrated with a reception offered by Deirdre Hargey, Mayor of the City.
On Sunday, January 13, the Cuban officials Dennis Casares Benítez and Jorge Mazón Rodríguez held a fraternal meeting with Mahal A. Shaat, Political Counselor of the Embassy of the State of Palestine in Egypt.
The meeting took place in the brotherhood atmosphere that characterizes the relations between both countries and was an appropriate framework to exchange on topics of interest for bilateral relations and the international political context.
