ISRI delegation on official visit to Ethiopia for the development of academic diplomatic relations
Addis Ababa, May 10, 2024. The delegation of the Higher Institute of International Relations of Cuba (ISRI), led by Dr. C. Leonel Caraballo Maqueira, Vice-Rector for Research and Postgraduate Studies, and made up of Ambassador Eumelio Caballero Rodríguez, Director of International Relations, successfully completed its working visit to Ethiopia.
