The Cuban and Chinese people know well the meaning of the friendship and mutual respect they have shared for years. Thus it was no surprise to hear Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez say that he felt “at home” here.
During the third day of his official visit to China, the Cuban President paid tribute to Mao Zedong, the supreme leader of the Communist Party of China and the People’s Republic of China, from 1949 through 1976.
