The First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and President of the Republic, Miguel Díaz-Canel, spoke this Wednesday at the IX Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC), being held in Tegucigalpa, Honduras.
During the meeting, he recognized the commendable work of the Honduran Pro Tempore Presidency of the regional mechanism.

Returning to Buenos Aires for this meeting of nations is a reason to rejoice, especially after days of massive euphoria that overflowed its enormous avenues over a triumph that we feel is our own in Latin America and the Caribbean.
