The training for doctors of The First Hospital of Ulaanbaatar on the use of Heberprot-P begins.

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. March 20, 2019. On the morning of Tuesday, March 19, the training program of the Mongolian medical specialists of The First Hospital of Ulaanbaatar for the use and application of the Cuban biotechnological product Heberprot-P began. As a result of the MoU signed on February 23, between this health institution, the Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (CIGB) of Cuba and the Mongolian pharmaceutical company Mongolian Import and Export Concern, the training program will feature master classes, conferences and specialized consultations that will be given by Dr. Yanisbel Ortiz Peña, 1st Degree Specialist in Angiology and Vascular Surgery of the CIGB.

Signed in Mongolia Letter of Intent for the use of Cuban biotech products.

Ulaanbaatar. March 16, 2017. With the presence of the Minister of Health, Dr. A.Tsogtsetseg, a Letter of Intent was signed this morning between the Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (CIGB) of Cuba and the Central Hospital No. 1 of Mongolia which reflects the intention of both institutions to promote medical programs and therapies based on Cuban biotechnological medicines. The document was signed by the Cuban side by Dr. Eulogio Pimentel, Director of the Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology, and by the Mongolian side the General Director of Central Hospital No.

Cuban biotechnological products arouse great interest in Mongolia.

Biotechnology delegation begins visit to Mongolia.

Ulaanbaatar. March 13, 2017. The delegation of the Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology of Cuba began its working week today with meetings with health authorities, pharmaceutical companies and businessmen interested in the products and therapies developed by the Center. Accompanied by Cuban Ambassador Raúl Delgado Concepción, specialists Dr. Manuel Raíces, Business Executive of the CIGB and Dr. Abel Hernández, Head of Department of Plant Biotechnology held meetings with the two largest Mongolian pharmaceutical companies IVCO LLC, EM-Impex Concern and "Monos Pharm "LLC and a group of businessmen from the sector convened by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Mongolia.
