Cuba present at Gorinchem Music Festival

Gorinchem, August 25, 2024. During the Summer Music Festival, “Gorkum Summer Festival”, organized in the city of Gorinchem, in the Netherlands, a stand about Cuba promoted our country as an excellent tourist destination and Cuban cocktails were offered.

The space was conducive to publicizing the different sites of interest for European tourism in Cuba and to exchange with Dutch companies with businesses in the Caribbean island, which are based in that beautiful city.

Cuba destination was presented in Finland

Ambassador of Cuba, Beatriz Parra González, has participated today in the workshop on the Cuba destination developed by the tourism office in the Nordic countries, DMC Touch and the Turkish Airlines airline in Finland. The Tourism counselor, Eddy Santos, presented the potential that allows Cuba to be a preferred place for Finns during their vacation. For its part, Turkish Airlines explained the flight frequencies and connections that make it possible to do this journey with just one intermediate stopover.

The Lyceum Mozartiano de La Habana performed on Sunday, August 6 at the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam.

Amsterdam, August 6, 2023. Combining classical music with traditional Cuban music, the Lyceum Mozartiano de La Habana offered a show full of brilliance, originality and even touches of fine Cuban humor. The full hall showed its approval with continuous ovations every time a piece ended. With an orchestra composed of young artists, Cuban culture is once again represented by artists capable of shining on one of the greatest international stages.

Cuba at Vakantiebeurs 2023 Fair in the Ducht city of Utrecht

Utrecht, January 11, 2022: The Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba in the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Ms. Anet Pino Rivero, participated today in the inauguration of the "Vakantiebeurs 2023" Fair, which was inaugurated by the mayor of Utrecht, Ms. Sharon Dijksma, and also included a speech by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Wopke Hoekstra.

Cuba returns to this event, with its proposals for safe, sustainable tourism and in harmony with the environment, purposes of the current "Cuba Única" campaign.
