From Finland you can adquire your tourist card to Cuba by eVisa, a new platform of electronic visas
Attention to Embassy users: New Electronic Tourist Card Sales Service. Since September 20, the sale of tourist cards electronically has been implemented, which does not require face-to-face service. Once the payment for your services has been credited to our account, we will proceed to grant you the requested visa through the eVisa system, a new electronic visa platform. This QR code will take you directly to the home page of the eVisa platform. Please read carefully the details in the following publication about payment and procedures.
