Cuban Foreign Minister meets with the Secretary General of the Greek Communist Party

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba and member of the Political Bureau of the Cuban Communist Party ,  Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla, meets April 22 with the Scretary General of the Greek Communist Party (KKE) , Dimitris Koutsoumpas, at the Headquarters of KKE in the context of a visit of the Cuban Minister to Greece.

Ambassador of Cuba gave her Credential letters to the Hellenic President

April 5th,  H.E. Mrs Zelmys María Domiguez Cortina gave the Credential Letters that accrediting her as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Cuba to H.E. Prokopios Pavlopoulos, President of the Hellenic Republic. During the meeting,  it was reaffirmed the will of both parts to continue developing the bilateral relations between the two countries and the historical and excellent relations of friendship that exist between the Cuban and the Greek peoples.

Embassy of Cuba attended to the cebration of Greek National Day

Last March 25, 2017, the Counsellor of the Cuban Embassy in Athens José Oriol Marrero Martínez, as Charge de affairs ai, attended to the celebration of Hellenic National Day. This celebration marks the indepedence of Greece  from the Ottoman Empire, after 400 years of rule. It is also celebrated the Annunciation by Archangel Gabriel to the Virgin Mary that she should become the mother of Jesus Christ , the Son of God, according to Christian religion.
