Nelson Mandela and Fidel Castro signed on on May 11 the diplomatic relations between South Africa and Cuba
Pretoria, May 13, 2019.- We commemorate on May 11 the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Cuba and South Africa and the 25th anniversary of the first visit of Commander in Chief Fidel Castro Ruz to South Africa, to attend the inauguration ceremony of Nelson Mandela.
