On 19th February,2017 FRIENDS OF LATIN AMERICA-India organized a Seminar at Sahid Surya Sen Bhaban, Kolkata. Topic of the seminar was “FIDEL’S LEGACY FOR CUBA, LATIN AMERICA AND THE WORLD”
Copenhagen - An exhibition of the works of four Cuban artists was inaugurated in the Danish capital on February 11th at the Havana Kunsthandel Art Gallery, with the name "Santiago - Art from the cradle of the Revolution". Presented by photographer Waldo Gutiérrez, from Santiago de Cuba, the exhibition includes his photographic sample as well the works made by three other Cuban artists: Alexei Cutiño, Carlos Parra and Isabel Álvarez who recreated the gallery with paintings, photographs and cartoons which reflect the roots of Cuban culture.
