Cuban Head of Mission participates in event: Dialogue to strengthen collaboration between Liberia and Sierra Leone in Human Rights and the fight against corruption.

Monrovia, September 25, 2024 - At the invitation of the Representative of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, in collaboration with the Independent National Commission on Human Rights and the Anti-Corruption Commission of Liberia, the Cuban Head of Mission Mercedes L. Martínez Herrera represented Cuba at the event: Dialogue to strengthen national and regional collaboration to improve the defense of human rights and the fight against corruption in Sierra Leone and Liberia.

Liberia-Cuba Friendship Group rejects U.S. report on human rights in Cuba.

Monrovia, April 5, 2021.- Our diplomatic mission received the visit of Mr. William Wesseh, directive member of the Liberia-Cuba friendship group and Liberian graduated in the largest of the Antilles.

In their exchange with the head of mission Mercedes L. Martinez Herrera, both referred to the events in Cuba, a country that the supportive friend considers as his second homeland.
