Notice of interest for consular services in Ireland.
Considering that the Irish authorities have postponed the start of the fourth phase of the schedule for modifying the restrictions imposed for protection against COVID-19, due to a relative growth in positive cases that occurred especially in the last two weeks as well as the sanitary regulations of the Cuban authorities for their representations abroad, the Consular Office in Dublin will continue to carry out consular procedures only through the postal service, until further notice.

Message from comrade Fernando González Llort, president of the Cuban Institute of Friendship with Peoples, addressed to the Movement of Solidarity with Cuba in Europe on the occasion of the glorious July 26.
Dear friends, members of the solidarity movement with Cuba in Europe:
I am writing to you on the occasion of the National Rebellion Day, a date on which many organizations in different countries normally hold various activities to demonstrate their solidarity with the Cuban Revolution, motivated by the meaning of the brave action promoted by dear Fidel on the 26th July 1953 and that this year, as a result of the consequences caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, it will not be possible to commemorate it massively.
